Hows:

Put all your ideas on the paper or post-it notes and organize your ideas

Listing your ideas as bullet points, drawing out the key points and ideas into pieces of paper

Practice:

Move around the post-it notes, which post-it is necessary to tell a story, which and why you move out or add-in.
